Production
capacities
Electric steelmaking plant
It is equipped with induction-melting, vacuum-induction furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnaces, furnaces for heat treatment of raw materials with a capacity of up to 350 tons per month.
Hot-rolled section
It is equipped with a 400 hot rolling mill with a capacity of up to 600 tons per month of hot-rolled strip.
Cold-rolled section
It is equipped with 9 cold-rolling mills, cutting and surface cleaning lines with a capacity of up to 600 tons per month, which specify the required dimensions and physical properties of the tape.
Belt heat treatment section
It is equipped with hardening, stretching, annealing and tempering furnaces.
Auxiliary sites:
Turning, milling, repair and construction.
Quality control
Our plant has testing laboratories where products undergo the following analyses and tests:
Spectral — to check the chemical composition of the material.
Physical — to test physical properties.
Linear-angle measurements — this is where the geometric dimensions and the cleanliness of the product surface are checked.
Mechanical — they test the hardness and strength of materials.
