The factors of care, the causes of dissatisfaction and the general perception of the company in the labor market are analyzed. This parameter forms 20% of the overall rating.

Stage 4. The opinion of applicants on hh.ru

When determining the employer's brand rating, the opinion of external participants is taken into account.
