We produce analogues of imported alloys
and welding belts:

— kovar, permendur, permalloy, invar, Inconel, kanthal;
— stainless steel welding tapes with improved quality.

We produce cold-rolled strip from precision alloys, as well as stainless and high-carbon steel grades according to the full metallurgical cycle: smelting, hot and cold rolling, intermediate and final heat treatment.

We manufacture products in accordance with GOST and international standards.

We use only high-quality raw materials to obtain particularly accurate characteristics of alloys.

The scientific and technical potential of our enterprise allows us to produce tape according to individually specified parameters.

Laboratory control at each stage of production guarantees the highest quality of products.

We produce the following types of cold-rolled belts:

made of precision magnetic-soft and magnetic-hard alloys

with specified elasticity properties;

alloys with a given temperature coefficient of linear expansion;

alloys with high electrical resistance;

Production
capacities

Electric steelmaking plant

It is equipped with induction-melting, vacuum-induction furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnaces, furnaces for heat treatment of raw materials with a capacity of up to 350 tons per month.

Hot-rolled section

It is equipped with a 400 hot rolling mill with a capacity of up to 600 tons per month of hot-rolled strip.

Cold-rolled section

It is equipped with 9 cold-rolling mills, cutting and surface cleaning lines with a capacity of up to 600 tons per month, which specify the required dimensions and physical properties of the tape.

Belt heat treatment section

It is equipped with hardening, stretching, annealing and tempering furnaces.

Auxiliary sites:

Turning, milling, repair and construction.

Quality control

Our plant has testing laboratories where products undergo the following analyses and tests:

Spectral — to check the chemical composition of the material.

Physical — to test physical properties.

Linear-angle measurements — this is where the geometric dimensions and the cleanliness of the product surface are checked.

Mechanical — they test the hardness and strength of materials.
