PZPS employees continue to develop their skills: July training results

In July 2024, PZPS employees took part in two significant educational programs that improved their professional skills and strengthened their corporate culture. These events not only enriched participants with new knowledge and competencies, but also allowed them to establish useful contacts with colleagues from other companies.

HR reboot: new approaches to personnel management

On 4 and 5 July, three PZPS officers, including HR director and two HR managers participated in the annual event HR reboot. This event brought together 25 leading speakers from all over the country, providing participants with a unique opportunity not only to meet HR colleagues, but also to learn about new approaches and tools for solving urgent problems in the field of personnel management.

The main topics of the event:

  1. Current trends in personnel management — participants learned about new approaches to motivating employees and developing HR strategies that will allow them to innovate in our company's work.
  2. Psychological aspects of working with staff — invited experts in the field of psychology shared their knowledge and experience that will help create a comfortable working environment at the PZPS.
  3. Creative management methods — speakers presented interesting solutions for developing corporate culture and increasing employee engagement.

The event not only enriched participants with new knowledge, but also provided an opportunity to establish contacts with colleagues from other regions and exchange experiences and ideas. This experience has allowed our HR specialists to bring new ideas and solutions to the company that contribute to the further development and strengthening of the corporate culture.

“Perform to Survive” Training: Developing Communication Skills

Communication is a key element of a successful business. Realizing the importance of this skill, our leaders took part in the “Perform to Survive” training held at the IMISP Business School. The purpose of the training is to develop the communication skills necessary for successful interaction with colleagues, partners and customers.

Key aspects of the training:

  1. Effective communication — participants learned various communication strategies that allow them to interact more effectively in different situations.
  2. Public speeches — methods and tools for speaking confidently in front of an audience, as well as techniques for persuading and inspiring listeners, have been mastered.
  3. Argumentation and persuasion — managers have gained the skills to defend their point of view, learned how to build arguments and use persuasion techniques.
  4. Communication in stressful situations — Methods for managing emotions and successfully resolving conflicts have been developed.
  5. Manipulation recognition — special attention was paid to techniques for recognizing and countering manipulation, which is extremely important in difficult negotiation situations.

At the end of the program, our leaders noted that they had become more confident in their abilities and were ready to put their knowledge into practice. This is what Alexander Vladimirovich, Executive Director of the PZPS, said:

“The ability to express thoughts clearly and persuasively is the most important skill for a manager, because it determines the understanding of tasks by subordinates. Therefore, managers need to constantly improve their communication skills.”

The participants said that this training was a real discovery for them. Not only did they improve their communication skills, but they also felt supported by their colleagues, which strengthened their team spirit and self-confidence.
