29NK is a chemically inert martensitic-austenitic alloy containing about 53% gland, up to 29% nickel and at least 17% cobalt. It has high strength with good plasticity. It is considered one of the most suitable materials for the manufacture of durable and reliable components and parts. It has increased corrosion resistance when used at high temperatures. Due to this, it has been widely used in the aerospace, chemical and oil and gas industries. In addition, it is often used in electronics, as it allows soldering using tin and lead-based solders.
29NC alloy it is melted in electric furnaces. At the same time, a precise calculation of the chemical composition is used, which makes it possible to achieve a low temperature coefficient of linear expansion (TKLR). Due to its high plasticity, the presented metal can be easily processed by pressure, including forging, rolling and stamping.
