The plant in Kyshtym will produce steel and finished products using a full technological cycle: crusher cones and steel linings for the mining and coal industries, up to a total of 35,000 tons of commercial products per year. The first batch is scheduled to be released by the end of March.
The company's advantages include product quality comparable to foreign analogues at a lower cost and concern for the environment. The plant uses environmentally friendly technology for manufacturing casting molds without using sulfur, has organized a closed water circulation cycle and a system for regenerating sand used to make molds, and the main raw material will be spent linings and lining plate scrap. This year, the plant will reach its design capacity.
