The plant has recently acquired a new production site in the Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg. This complex, located in the Predportovaya industrial zone, consists of three land plots with a total area of 4.9 hectares, an administrative building with an area of 1,600 square meters and production facilities with a total area of 12,500 square meters. In addition, the complex is already connected to engineering networks, which makes it ready to start production. Previously, the Leningrad Machine-Building Plant was located on this territory.
Modern equipment, including hot and cold rolling mills, will be installed at the Pre-Port Production Zone. This will significantly increase the efficiency of the enterprise and help to achieve goals set.
The development and creation of its own production facilities is one of St. Petersburg's main development priorities in the coming years. Today, it is no longer possible to simply buy industrial land for reconstruction, because times are changing, and it is necessary to actively invest in production infrastructure. This is stated in the report of the Auction House of the Russian Federation, through which the deal to acquire the production site was carried out.
The activities of the PZPS are aimed at developing the city and the country. The company not only consistently produces high-quality precision alloys, but is also actively working on developing analogues of foreign alloys for import substitution. This makes it possible to achieve the goal of reducing dependence on imports and developing domestic industry.
Our company is steadily continuing its operations development, and the acquisition of a new production site will be another powerful impetus for our growth.
