The St. Petersburg Precision Alloy Plant is preparing for a promising period of active growth and development. The company has ambitious goals and plans to take a number of important steps to developmental enterprises and strengthening industry leadership.
As part of its growth strategy, PZPS strives to expand its geographical presence and increase sales volumes. In the coming years, the company plans to enter new markets, increase its share in existing segments and attract new customers. In this regard, we are preparing to introduce the production of rod and wire from precision, special, stainless alloys and steels.
To improve efficiency productions PZPS plans to introduce a number of modern technological solutions, as well as automate and optimize some business processes. Special attention will be paid to the new workshop, equipped with a hot rolling mill 500 and a cold rolling mill 500, which will help increase productivity and increase competitiveness.
The PZPS will also focus on developing and introducing new species products to meet the diverse needs of customers. It is planned to organize deep processing from tape and wire into finished products, including high-precision shaped profiles, blades for endless saws and cutting tools, as well as single-drawn small-diameter pipes.
Taking into account the high scientific intensity of the production of precision alloys, the plant will pay special attention research-based and development work. It is planned to develop new alloy formulations, optimize technological processes and develop innovative production methods, which will allow the plant to maintain its leadership in the industry.
Realizing that engineering and scientific achievements are impossible without highly qualified personnel, the plant will continue to invest in training its employees. Development is planned training and methodological center PZSP to the leading additional education institution in St. Petersburg. This will be a key step in providing the enterprise with the specialists necessary for the successful implementation of all the plant's projects.
The presented areas are the basis for the growth and development of PZPS in the period from 2024 to 2026. They will strengthen the plant's position in the market and confirm its status as an innovative leader in the production of precision alloys.
