On April 19, 2024, a meeting was held at the PZPS to discuss the results of activities for 2022 and 2023, as well as to discuss plans for the future
More than 30 new units were put into operation during 2022 and 2023 equipment. New hot and cold rolling mills have been put into operation. An important event was the acquisition of a new production site, where it is planned to commission a new vacuum melting furnace and an electric slag remelting furnace in the near future.
During the reporting period, 150 new jobs were created, including the possibility of relocating specialists from the regions. Sanitary and hygienic working conditions have been improved, and production and office facilities, as well as eating rooms, have been renovated. For staffs Social guarantees have been increased, including registering VHI, organizing sporting events (football, volleyball, tennis) and compensating for the cost of trips to children's camps.
Employees were regularly sent to outside organizations for training. In addition, a training and methodological center was created to provide internal training for workers with the assignment of categories.
The company's development plan until 2028 has been developed, including the transformation of the enterprise in accordance with the principle of lean production.
The production results for 2022 and 2023 and the plan for 2024 are presented in Figure 1. In 2023, there has been an increase in production. The planned growth in 2024 is due to significant investments in the development of the plant, including production and analytical equipment.

Also at the enterprise mastered technologies for the production of medium- and high-carbon steel belts 60S2A, 65S2VA, 70S2HA, U8A and U10A.
The development of the enterprise makes it possible to plan a significant increase in production volumes. Figure 2 shows the estimated output by 2030.

PZPS continues to develop as multidisciplinary an enterprise specializing in the production of all types of precision, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, special and carbon grades of steel and alloys, as well as products made from them in the form of billets, hot-rolled and cold-rolled belts, rolled steel, wire, spring, cutting and heating elements.
Thanks to new approaches in enterprise management, investing in equipment and developing human capital, the PZPS is aimed at stable growth and strengthening its leadership position in the market.
